- Shells with precision cut-out lettering: 18-gauge steel
- Mounts: 14-gauge steel (all HD models 2021 & older) → upgraded 11-gauge steel (2022 & newer)
- Base shell: High-gloss black powder coat
- Cut-out letters: Backed by chrome powder coated mounts for bold white-on-chrome contrast
